👤 Information We Collect
We DO NOT collect your real name, email, phone number, or precise location.
🎮 Anonymous Player ID
We create an anonymous ID using Firebase Anonymous Auth (e.g., guest_abc123) to save your gold, hook levels, and Dragonhook shards. No login required.
🏷️ Player Name
The miner name you type (e.g., "Miner123") is shown to other 4 players in the same mine. It is not linked to your real identity.
📊 Game Data
Gold earned, matches played, leaderboard rank, hook upgrades. Stored in Firebase Firestore.
🌐 Third-Party Services
Our game uses trusted third-party services to function:
- Firebase (Google): Anonymous Authentication, Firestore database, Analytics. Used to save progress and analyze game balance (burn 20% formula: 120%/100%/80%/60%/40%). Google Privacy Policy
- Photon Engine (PUN2 / Realtime): Real-time multiplayer for 5-player battles. Photon transfers your player name and position only for matchmaking. 20 CCU free tier. Photon Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob: Shows only Rewarded Ads (voluntary). AdMob may collect Advertising ID (GAID) to show relevant rewards. No banner, no interstitial. AdMob Privacy
- Google Play Billing: Handles all IAP ($0.99 - $9.99 hooks, VIP $2.99). Payments processed by Google. We do not see your credit card.
🛡️ How We Use Data
- To enable 5-player real-time mining battles
- To save gold, apply burn formula (Total collected 5T, paid 4T, burn 1T = 20%) to prevent inflation
- To give bonus rewards: Top1 120%*T, Top2 100%*T, Top3 80%*T, Top4 60%*T, Top5 40%*T
- To show voluntary Rewarded Ads for extra gold
- To restore purchases (Transcendent Celestial Dragonhook) via Google Play account
👶 Children's Privacy
Gold Miner Royale is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, please play with parental guidance. Rewarded Ads are age-gated by AdMob.
🔒 Data Safety & Your Rights
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS)
- Anonymous by default: No forced login. Name only is required.
- Right to delete: Uninstall the game to delete local data. Email support@dmndigital.com to delete cloud save (provide your Anonymous ID from Settings).
- Opt-out of Ads personalization: Go to Android Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete Advertising ID.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for gambling, betting, or real-money trading. Gold is virtual currency only, entry ticket to system-generated mines, not player-to-player betting.
